Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 12:00am on 1 July 2026 until 11:59pm on 31 July 2026.Entries received outside the promotional period will not be valid.
Participating Locations
This promotion is available at all participating AH-SAI-YEE venues during normal trading hours.
Who Can Enter
Entry is open to customers who are registered Yee Club members.Customers who are not already members may join Yee Club in-store during the promotional period.Employees, and immediate family members of AH-SAI-YEE are not eligible to win prizes.
How To Enter
To receive one entry into the July Yee Club Challenge, customers must:Make an eligible in-store purchase of $10 or more in a single transaction; and Scan or check in with their Yee Club account at the time of purchase. Each eligible Yee Club scan attached to a qualifying purchase equals one entry.More eligible visits mean more entries.Entries cannot be added after the transaction has been completed. Customers must scan their Yee Club account at the time of purchase.
Minimum Spend
A minimum spend of $10 in one transaction is required to receive an entry.The $10 minimum spend must be reached after any discounts, offers or redemptions have been applied.Purchases under $10 will still earn standard Yee Club benefits where applicable, but will not count as an entry into the July Yee Club Challenge.
Eligible Purchases
Eligible purchases include in-store AH-SAI-YEE menu items purchased at normal retail price.The following are excluded:
–Uber Eats, DoorDash or any third-party delivery platform orders
–Gift cards or voucher purchases
–Refunded, cancelled or voided transactions
–Staff purchases
–Transactions where Yee Club was not scanned at the time of purchase
–Transactions under $10 after discounts or redemptions
AH-SAI-YEE reserves the right to refuse entries where transactions have been split, manipulated or processed in a way that does not reflect genuine customer purchasing behaviour.
Prizes
First Prize
One winner will receive:1 x MacBook Neo
If the advertised MacBook Neo model is unavailable at the time of prize fulfilment, AH-SAI-YEE reserves the right to provide a substitute Apple MacBook product of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
Second Prize
One winner will receive:2 x Free AH-SAI-YEE bowls each week during August 2026. For clarity, this means:
–Two complimentary bowls per week during August 2026
–Maximum of 10 complimentary bowls total
–Valid for set bowls only
–Premium toppings, protein, add-ons and extras are not included unless stated by AH-SAI-YEE
–Prize must be redeemed in-store
–Maximum two complimentary bowls may be redeemed per week
–Unused weekly redemptions do not roll over
Third Prize
One winner will receive $60 AH-SAI-YEE voucher
The voucher:
–is valid for in-store purchases only
–cannot be exchanged for cash cannot be used on third-party delivery platforms
–must be used before the expiry date stated on the voucher
Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place on:1 August 2026 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.The more eligible Yee Club scans a customer records during July, the more entries they receive.The first eligible entrant drawn will receive the First Prize.
The second eligible entrant drawn will receive the Second Prize.
The third eligible entrant drawn will receive the Third Prize.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details linked to their Yee Club account.AH-SAI-YEE may also announce winners on its official social media channels using the winner’s first name, last initial and/or Instagram handle.If a winner does not respond within 7 days, AH-SAI-YEE reserves the right to redraw the prize. Mystery Yee Hours
During a Mystery Yee Hour, eligible Yee Club members may earn bonus Yees or multiplied Yees on qualifying purchases.Mystery Yee Hours will be announced via AH-SAI-YEE’s official social media channels and/or in-store.Unless otherwise stated:
–Mystery Yee Hours are valid for in-store purchases only
–Yee Club must be scanned at the time of purchase –
-Minimum spend requirements may apply Mystery Yee Hours do not create additional prize draw entries unless specifically stated
Bring A Mate Bonus
During July, Yee Club members may receive bonus Yees when they bring a new customer who joins Yee Club and makes a qualifying purchase.To qualify:
–The new customer must not already be a Yee Club member
–Both customers must make an in-store purchase
–Yee Club must be scanned at the time of purchase
–Bonus Yees may be applied manually and may take up to 48 hours to appear
AH-SAI-YEE reserves the right to limit referral bonuses where misuse, duplicate accounts or non-genuine activity is suspected.
Tag & Win Weekly Social Prize
Customers may also participate in AH-SAI-YEE’s weekly Tag & Win content feature during July.To participate, customers must:
1. Post an AH-SAI-YEE product photo or video to Instagram;
2. Tag @ah.sai.yee; and
3. Ensure AH-SAI-YEE can view the post, story, reel or screenshot.
Each week, AH-SAI-YEE may select one featured customer to receive a complimentary bowl voucher.Weekly Tag & Win winners will be selected by AH-SAI-YEE based on content quality, creativity, brand fit and overall presentation. Chance plays no part in the selection of Tag & Win winners.By tagging AH-SAI-YEE, customers give AH-SAI-YEE permission to repost or share their tagged content across AH-SAI-YEE social media channels.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, loyalty redemption or third-party delivery platform offer.Complimentary bowl prizes must be redeemed during August 2026 unless otherwise approved by AH-SAI-YEE.AH-SAI-YEE is not responsible for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize.
General Conditions
AH-SAI-YEE reserves the right to verify entries, refuse entries, remove duplicate entries or disqualify any entrant who tampers with the promotion, creates duplicate Yee Club accounts, submits false information or breaches these Terms & Conditions.AH-SAI-YEE reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or withdraw the promotion if required due to operational issues, technical issues, misuse or circumstances outside its control.Any decision made by AH-SAI-YEE in relation to the promotion is final.
Privacy
Customer information collected through Yee Club will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting winners and managing Yee Club activity.By participating, customers agree to AH-SAI-YEE contacting them in relation to the July Yee Club Challenge.

3. FRANCHISE ENQUIRIES & INFORMATION
Submitting a franchise enquiry does NOT:
- create a franchise relationship
- guarantee approval- constitute an offer capable of acceptance
Any franchise partnership can only be entered into via a formal franchise agreement
following assessment and due diligence.
By submitting a franchise enquiry, you confirm that:
- all information provided is accurate
- you have authority to provide such information
- we may contact you for assessment purposes
- we may use the information per our Privacy Policy
We do not guarantee confidentiality for unsolicited ideas, proposals, or materials submitted
online.
4. LOYALTY PROGRAMS & ACCOUNTS
If you join the AH-SAI-YEE loyalty program (e.g., Yee Club):
- you must provide accurate information
- we may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time
- points, benefits, or rewards may change without notice
- misuse of accounts may result in termination
- points have no cash value unless required by law
Additional loyalty terms may apply.
5. ONLINE ORDERING, PAYMENTS & PROMOTIONS
These terms apply now or in future if online ordering is activated.
5.1 Product availability
Menu items, ingredients, pricing, and customisations may vary by store and are subject to
change without notice.
5.2 Payments
Payments are processed securely via third‑party platforms such as Square. AH-SAI-YEE
does not store full credit card numbers.
5.3 Refunds & corrections
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies relating to:
- pricing
- promotions
- product descriptions
- availability
We may cancel orders where errors occur, consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
5.4 Promotions
Promotions, offers, discounts:
- may be limited
- may vary by location
- may change or end at any time
- cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law
6. USER SUBMISSIONS (REVIEWS, COMMENTS, FORMS)
If you submit content (reviews, forms, uploads, feedback), you:
- grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display it
- confirm you own the rights to the material
- must not submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or offensive content
We may remove content at our discretion.
